About Me
Key elements that truly make me the successful CMT I am today, this one being the most important, are my clients and the bonds and friendships we've established over the years. My authenticity is extremely important to me as well as my clients...I'm REAL. You will always find a steady shoulder and compassionate listener in me. I've been a dedicated massage therapist over 8 years. Earning my certification from Mueller College . I started my massage career at The Detox Lounge in Downtown San Diego. From there I fell in love with my craft.
I'm a San Diego native but with a twist...I'm a good blend of southern charm and Latin (Brazilian) spice thanks to my parents.
I work out of my very own clean, quiet and discreet studio. I use organic warmed coconut oil unless my client prefers differently. As a Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between therapeutic, sensual, deep tissue, Swedish and athletic massage all while providing a safe, relaxing, discreet and nurturing atmosphere. Muscle Manipulation
Massage
Muscle manipulation massage therapy is similar to the deep tissue method, except it focuses on seperating the muscle fiber and tendons. This method is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. I start our session slowly rubbing warmed coconut oil over the entire body feeling for tightness, knots and sore areas. Using light to medium circular motions on your muscles and body, allows me to sense your pressure comfort level. My use of use of deep long strokes provides further relief. This massage is deep, slow, beneficial and immensely relaxing (Priced based on session duration).
Sensual Massage
Sensual massage is an intimate massage that focuses on the erogenous zones to achieve stress relief, relaxation and release. I use my hands and body to stimulate your senses through light touch, long sensuous and soothing strokes ensuring your state of bliss. The benefits of sensual massage includes boosting blood flow across the body, reducing levels of cortisol (stress hormone), increasing oxytocin and improving overall immune functions and overall health (Priced based on session duration).
Sea Salt Scrub Treatment
I apply and rub a generous amount of salt scrub all over your body which exfoliates the skin on your body leaving it feeling fresh, smooth, moisturized and soft. A warmed oiled salt mixture is massaged deeply and slowly into your skin, and is then rinsed away to reveal a moisturized layer of fresh, clean and smooth skin.

Peppermint Oil/Arnica Cream Treatment
This service is for those that are a little more tough on their bodies...my athletic clients. I use a combination of peppermint oil and CBD cream for those that need a little more TLC for those sore muscles. The warmth from the oil and the coolness of the cream provide an absolute long lasting relief. Using circular deep motions provides an even more exhilarating experience

Hot Stone Treatment
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.
During a hot stone massage, I combine warmed coconut oil and peppermint oil spreading it all over your body generously. I apply warmed massage stones, heated between 130 and 145 degrees moving in circular motions over key parts of the body. The warmth of the coconut oil and stones combined with the cooling effect of the peppermint oil allows for deeper penetration along with an intense relaxing calm over the body.

OUTCALL: $200 (location dependant, also I bring all my supplies including my massage table, sheets, warm oil...etc)
$100.00 fee for appointments booked before or after advertised hours
